Introduction 

Modern tourism is a global phenomenon of the twenty-first century, which is not only a form 

of recreation and leisure, but also one of the most active forms of communication among people, the 

development  of  new  territories  and  a  key  sector  of  the  economy.  Tourism  is  characterized  by  the 

selectivity of spaces, depending on the characteristics and properties of the territory, and on modern 

motives of tourist and recreational activities. [1] 

As a result of the intensification of globalization, the growing demand for investment among 

developed  and  developing  countries,  targeted  scientific  research  is  being  conducted  on  scientific 

solutions to a number of problems. In particular, research aimed at improving the quality of economic 

growth  through  the  formation  of  legal  norms  for  foreign  direct  investment  in  accordance  with 

international standards, attracting more investment in the country's economy, structural changes in the 

economy, the creation of new technologies, products and services. special attention is paid. "We will 

achieve rapid development of our economy only through the active attraction of investments, the launch 

of new production facilities ... If we can carefully formulate investment projects by regions and sectors 

for investors seeking to invest in our economy, we can achieve positive results." 

In this regard, it is necessary to regulate organizationally and legally the placement of business 

entities  in  free  economic  zones  and  small  industrial  zones,  providing  them  with  benefits  and 

preferences.  First  of  all,  it  is  necessary  to  create  such  an  opportunity  for  entrepreneurs  and  foreign 

nvestors who export products, establish innovative and high-tech production.. 

Today, there are more than a thousand views of free economic zones in the world in terms of 

the size of their territory, openness to participants in foreign economic activity, their importance and 

form, and these zones are a unique multiplier of economic development. 

The  policy  of  attracting  foreign  investment  for  the  development  of  priority  sectors  of  the 

economy  in  the  Republic of  Uzbekistan  -  the  proper  use  of  available  funds, time  and  opportunities, 

effective  management  of  wealth  based  on  the  created  conditions  and  thus  boosting  the  country's 

economy, encouraging its integration into the world economy. aimed at active involvement and their
