INFORMATIVE RESOURCE CENTER
The Informative Resource Center was built in 2015 on the basis of a special project and submitted for use. The building has a capacity of 500,000 books. There are 4 e-reading rooms with 82 seats and 6 reading halls with 250 seats there.
The IRC has 5 departments with 51 employees. The staff consists of educated professionals, 5 of them have higher and 46 have secondary education. The IRC has 15015 members with a single reading license. The general book fund of the Information Resource Center is 63984 titles, with 447635 copies.

The informative resource center is equipped with modern technical equipments, 120 computers in 4 electronic reading rooms are connected to the internet and students have free access to use.
On the website of the University http://adu.uz/ opened the page of the IRC http://kutubxona.adu.uz/ "Electronic library", which contains more than 9827 full-text electronic resources. Work on the adjunction of electronic resources continues. The university has a single electronic information library with Wi-Fi.
In cooperation with the Informative Resource Center and university professors, the main and additional literatures provided in the working curriculum in the disciplines of each department are explored, their electronic forms are created and, in turn, the site kutubxona.adu.uz placed in the electronic database.
Each posted book has a QR code (special code) and individual banners with the cover of electronic textbooks with this code are presented in the corner of the innovative library, which is located in each department building.
A list of more than 45,000 scientific articles and pamphlets has been compiled by university professors, doctoral students and masters on the basis of existing scientific articles and pamphlets on Proquest, Scopus, Springer sites, and the electronic resource base of IRC has been enriched.

PRIMARY ORGANIZATION OF YOUTH UNION OF UZBEKISTAN
The main purpose of the primary organization is to help create favorable conditions for the education of young people in educational institutions, to protect the rights and interests of young people and to make a worthy contribution to their development into well-rounded individuals. It is a non-governmental non-profit organization uniting the youth of Uzbekistan.
The Youth Organization at Andijan State University was established on February 5, 2003 as the Kamolot Youth Social Movement and was chaired by Sanjarbek Mamajonov from 2003 to 2008. Today, Sanjarbek Mamajonov is an associate professor at the Department of Civil Society. In 2008-2011, the primary organization was chaired by Akromjon Akhunov. Akromjon Akhunov is currently pursuing a doctorate by specialty of the History of Uzbekistan. In 2011-2015, Sarvarbek Ismailov chaired the University Primary Organization of the Kamolot Youth Social Movement, and today Sarvarbek Ismailov is the Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs at the Faculty of Social Economics. In 2015-2017, the primary organization was chaired by Elyorbek Kholmirzaev, and on June 30, 2017 at the IV Congress of the Youth Social Movement "Kamolot" on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "Youth Union" Elyorbek Kholmirzaev was re-elected to the primary organization "Youth Union". In 2017-2020, through his fruitful work in the organization, he was appointed head of the Social Secretariat of the Andijan regional administration. The primary organization of Youth Union of Uzbekistan at Andijan State University, has been headed by Olimjanov Omadbek since 2020.
The Youth Union of Andijan State University works in partnership with other non-governmental organizations at the University. These include the “Workers 'and Students' Union”, the “Women's Committee”, and the “Sports Club”.
The structure of the primary organization of the Youth Union includes:

ACHIEVEMENTS OF THE ORGANIZATION
• Participant of the Republican final stage of the team of ASU "Universal" QVZ 2010;
• The football team of ASU is the winner of the football competition among higher education institutions for the "Kamolot Cup" in 2013;
• Primary organization of ASU, winner of the Republican competition "The most exemplary primary organization" in 2014;
• Absolute winner of the Republican competition "Tafakkur Sinovlari" among higher education institutions in 2016;
• More than 10 members of the primary organization have been awarded the badge of “O‘zbеkiston bеlgisi”, about 10 graduates and 1 youth union scholarship holder;
• The national team of ASU "Zakovat" in 2021 took the first place among higher education institutions;
• Andijan State University football team won the honorary 1st place in the 2021 Union Cup football tournament among higher education institutions, vocational education, school leaders and the military.

DEPARTMENT OF INFORMATION
In order to enhance the image of Andijan State University in the information space, to ensure openness and transparency of the university, to cover important news and information through the media and to further improve public relations, the Information Service Department was established in 2017.
It was initially headed by Azizbek Egamberdiyev. In 2018, the service was reorganized by the relevant decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and included in the structure of the university. In the same year, Sharofiddin Khoshimjanov was appointed head of the information service department and began working as a spokesman for the rector of the university and an adviser on information policy. Irgashbek Djumabayev has been the head of the department since March 2021.
The department has done a lot over the past period. In particular, the university's website has been completely updated, news and announcements about our activities are posted. The official pages of the university have been launched on social networks, with a total of about 30,000 subscribers. During its existence, the department has prepared about 500 videos of university activities, more than 1,000 infographics and other multimedia products.
In addition, more than 10 videos and text messages about the activities of the university were covered in foreign media, more than 300 programs on central and local TV channels, about 1,000 news and news items in central and local print and electronic media were publicized.
In addition, a team of volunteer students has been formed, a modern "Youth Media Center" has been established, and the center is creating video content in the Uzbek language in youth-oriented, scientific and creative areas.
Efforts have also been made to ensure transparency, which is an important aspect of information services. So far, press conferences and briefings on various issues have been organized. The University's financial statements, exam results and other similar information are regularly published.

WOMEN'S ADVICE COUNCIL
To carrying out the work of primary women's organization of Andijan State University (1995-2020), decree of the president of the republic of Uzbekistan PF-1084 of March 2, 1995 "On measures to enhance the role of women in the state and social construction of the republic of Uzbekistan", decree PF-3434 of May 25, 2004 "On Additional Measures to Support the Activities of the Women's Committee of Uzbekistan", The Regulation on the Activities of the Primary Organization of the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan, approved by the Resolution of the XXXIX Presidium of the Women's Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan have served as a legal basis.
During these years, the chairman of the primary organization of the Women's Committee of Andijan State University was Doctor of Philology, Professors Munavvara Yakubbekova, Salimahon Mirzayeva, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences, Associate Professor Arafatkhon Negmatova, Candidate of Economic Sciences, Associate Professor Merojkhon Yusupova. Ahmedova Umidahon Kadirjanovna has been acting as the chairperson of the primary organization since November 2015.
11 female professors at the university have DScs and 59 have PhDs. Today, the share of women in university management positions is 23. 2 of our women are deans, 12 are chairmen of departments, 8 are heads of departments, and 1 is the chairman of the Specialized Council.
A few of the university women who are acting in social life, setting an example for young people with their talent and exemplary work, realizing their abilities and capabilities in various fields and industries, demonstrating their deep knowledge and intellectual potential, promoting ideas and initiatives have been duly encouraged by our government. Professors Hanifa Solihova awarded the Order of Friendship, Salima Mirzayeva Medal for Meritorious Service, Shohidahon Shahobiddinova honored Youth Coach of Uzbekistan, Ph.D. Dilrabo Rustamova was awarded the Medal of Fame. Hilola Quchkarova, a student of the Faculty of Natural Sciences in 2001, for outstanding behavior, unique talent, ingenuity, initiative, academic achievements and outstanding achievements in education, science, literature, art, sports and public life. Dilrabo Abdullayeva, a student of the Faculty of History in 2004, Dilrabo Ahmedova, a student of the Faculty of Physical Culture in 2018, Gulhayo Radjiyeva, a student of the Faculty of Art History in 2021 were awarded the “Zulfiya” State Prize.

THE DEPARTMENT OF WORKING WITH INDIVIDUALS’ APPEALS,
SUPERVISION AND MONITORING
The department of working with individuals’ appeals, supervision and monitoring was established in October 1997 as an internal inspection, before which the internal inspection operated on a community basis. Pursuant to the Order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education No. 207 of August 29, 2001 "On monitoring the implementation of the National Program of Internal Control and Training of Higher Education Institutions" the internal control inspection was renamed the “Internal Control and Monitoring” department and its charter was approved. The department is responsible for teaching, spiritual and educational affairs, researches, retraining of personnel of faculties and departments, for monitoring the implementation of resolutions and decrees of the president of Uzbekistan, the Cabinet of Ministers, orders issued by the ministry and the university, regulatory documents in the field of education and its results at meetings of the University Council, the rector's office, determining appropriate measures and monitoring their implementations in teaching. In July 2021, the department was renamed the “The department of working with individuals’ appeals, supervision and monitoring”.
Associate Professor Nabijon Sufi Khojayev (1997-2008), Associate Professor Dehkonboy Mamatisakov (2008-2010), Associate Professor Bakhtiyor Rasulov (2010-2011), Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences Charoshon Shokirova (2012-2013) had worked as the head of the department. Since November 2013, the department is headed by Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Nodirjon Jalilov.
