Implementation of the research results. Scientific results and practical proposals developed on the history of the formation and development of mutually friendly relations of cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation have been introduced:
the results of the study, which reflect the issues of coverage based on scientific and archival materials, such aspects as: the achievement of independence by Uzbekistan in a difficult historical situation, the development of the foundations of an independent foreign policy, as well as finding its place in the international space, the implementation of large-scale mutual cooperation, first of all, with Russia in foreign policy were used by the editors of the "Cultural, educational and artistic programs" of the television and radio channel "Uzbekistan" of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan in the preparation of radio programs "Investment is a development factor", "Nation and spirituality", "View" (January, February 2021) (Reference of TV and radio channel "Uzbekistan" of the National TV and Radio Company of the Republic of Uzbekistan №. O'z R-S-23 - 21 dated March 4, 2021). The results of the dissertation on cultural relations between Uzbekistan and Russia served to increase the effectiveness of the media. They assisted radio staff as a scientific source to improve their professional skills, to use additional material;
the results and materials of the dissertation, issues of cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation, the policy of interethnic harmony of Uzbekistan were introduced into the activities of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan. and used as a scientific source in the analysis of mutually friendly relations between Uzbekistan and Russia (Reference of the Consular and Legal Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated June 17, 2021). These results to a certain extent served in the analysis of relations between Russia and Uzbekistan in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
theoretical conclusions and analytical opinions on the development of economic, scientific and cultural cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia were used in the preparation of scenarios for the programs "Education and Development", "Nation and Spirituality" by the editors of the "Cultural, educational and artistic programs" of the television and radio channel "Uzbekistan" of the National TV and radio companies of the Republic of Uzbekistan. (2021 - 2022). (Reference of the television and radio channel "Uzbekistan" No. 04-36-455 dated February 23, 2022). As a result, this allowed the radio staff to improve their professional skills and provided assistance as a source of information.
