Introduction (Annotation of (PhD)
The aim of the research work is to reveal and develop mutual cooperation ties between Uzbekistan and Russia in 1991-2015.
The object of the research work is selected in Cooperation between the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.
The scientific novelty of the research work is as follows:
- The Republic of Uzbekistan, having achieved independence, has become an equal member of the world community. It has been scientifically proven that mutually beneficial, bilateral cooperation ties between Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation have been established on the basis of effective, mutually trusting good neighborliness since the first years of independent development;
- it was determined that the formation of relations between Uzbekistan and Russia from the very beginning, stages of development, respect for the mutual political system, regional unity, national values of the two states is carried out on the basis of recognition on a global scale;
- it has been proved that in foreign economic relations and the direction of the sale and purchase relationship within the CIS states, Russia is a true strategic partner, trade with this country occupies the most significant place among the CIS states;
- the rise of Uzbekistan-Russia cultural ties over a quarter of a century, the expansion of ties of mutual cooperation in the fields of higher education and culture have been proven.
