The energy produced from coal falls in all the countries over the period 
(particularly in Denmark and Germany)

How could you group the information (look for any similarities between the patterns

Denmark and Germany can be written about together as they both experience 
significant fall over the period and follow a similar pattern. Likewise, Sweden and 
France can be written about together as they follow a similar pattern which is not 
the same as the other two countries.

Based on your answer to number 6, how many body paragraphs would you have?

Body paragraph one = Germany and Denmark
