I have worked with many different people and I have found that some of my co-workers have been better to work with than others. The co-workers that I enjoyed working with shared some positive qualities. In my opinion, the three most important characteristics in a co-worker are honesty, creativity and the ability to work well with others.

It is generally believed that these three type of individuals are those who can create an atmosphere where both the staff and the people who are involved in this co-working group can get enough enthuasism that they are willing to and motivation to work hard and harmoniously as a component of a group.

If your colleague lies, an atmosphere of distrust and negative gossiping may arise. Honest people complete tasks that they promised to do and take responsibility for their actions. They own up to what they do and don’t try to put the blame on someone else.

An excellent co-worker should also be a creative person.Because the sense of creativity is considered one of the most important factors that a qualified person should have.Ironically,in the cases of unsatisfaction in the job or in difficult times the creative co-workers are always able to tackle problems with their well-considered plans.Another viable skill for an adequate collegue is the ability to work well with others.As being sociable in the working place plays an important role to understand and respect each other.For example if you are able to put yourself in your collegue’s position that is if you can understand and trust others,and then there will be successful results in the working place.Futhermore they can receive nad shre a great number of new detailed information.
To conclude,if you work in the group that you enjoy yourself in and proud of being a member of it,there should exactly be three type of people,such as those who are honesty,creative and those that have an ability to work well with others.
