Promise или обещать Поделиться обещаниями человека можно через глагол «promise». promise + to + infinitive Например: John: «I shall come home early today». — Джон: «Я приду домой пораньше сегодня». John promised to come home early that day. — Джон обещал прийти домой пораньше. promise + (someone) + (that) + придаточное предложение Например: Olga: «I shall not make this mistake again». — Ольга: «Я больше не совершу этой ошибки».Olga promised him that she wouldn’t make that mistake again. — Ольга обещала, что больше не совершит этой ошибки. Remind или напоминать Рассказать о напоминаниях собеседника поможет глагол «remind». remind + (someone) + (that) + придаточное предложение Например: Olga: «Today is our mom’s birthday». — Ольга: «Сегодня День Рождения у нашей мамы». Olga reminded me that it was our mom’s birthday. — Ольга напомнила мне о Дне Рождения нашей мамы. remind + (someone) + to + infinitive Например: Stephanie: «Don’t forget to call your doctor». — Стефани: «Не забудь позвонить доктору». Stephanie reminded him to call the doctor. — Стефани напомнила ему позвонить доктору. Warn или предупреждать Предупредить собеседника поможет глагол «warn».warn + someone + (not) + to+ infinitive или warn + someone + about + something Например: Adelina: «Don’t go this way». — Аделина: «Не ходите этим путем». Adelina warned not to go that way. — Аделина предупредила не ходить этим путем. Или Adelina warned about the dangerous way. — Аделина предупредила об опасном пути.
