Question: Analyze the sources of material evidence in the investigation of corruption crimes

finding and apprehending suspects and accused persons;

finding a hidden corpse or parts of it and removing them from the place of discovery;

Finding and seizing property and valuables that have been or are being criminally seized, and compensation for damages caused by the crime.

The search is conducted in accordance with Article 158 of the Criminal Procedure Code on the following grounds:

1. 
   The inquiry officer and investigator shall conduct a search in a residential, service, production building or other place or in the presence of a person who has sufficient information to believe that there is something or documents relevant to the case is right.
   

2. 
   A search may be conducted to find the person wanted, as well as the body.
   

A search is also conducted to record in a procedural manner the circumstances relevant to the criminal case being investigated, including the traces of the crime, the weapons of the crime, and any changes in the criminal conduct. A search may result in items that are prohibited by law to be stored or carried, such as firearms, ammunition, explosives, drugs, or poisons. According to the law, a search is carried out to find documents and other items that are not in the service or otherwise legally related to him or her, including state or military secrets, etc., and to search for wanted persons and corpses. A search is an investigation that is carried out after the initiation of a criminal case and is carried out with the special permission of the prosecutor under the current law. The decision of the inquiry officer or investigator must be confirmed by the prosecutor.
