6.2. EXPERIMENTAL METHODOLOGY OF ACCENTUATED PHYSICAL EDUCATION CLASSES FOR STUDENTS DURING THE SUMMER FIELD TRAINING CAMPS
The analysis of the motor readiness of students of the Faculty of pre-conscription military education revealed a low level of their preparedness, which will negatively affect the tolerability of significant physical loads imposed on them during the summer training camps.
The analysis of state documents and scientific and methodological literature on the issues of professionally applied physical training of students allows us to conclude that the problem of forming the foundations of optimization of PPFP in universities is the subject of serious pedagogical research.
The insufficiency of the development of the problem of PPFP of students of the faculty of pre-conscription military education aimed at training future specialists of pre-conscription training of young men is revealed.
The purpose of the study is to experimentally substantiate the methodology of accentuated physical education classes provided for in the curriculum with a training focus on the development of professionally necessary motor qualities in students.
Experimental studies were conducted during the summer field training camps lasting one month, which we conditionally divided into four microcycles, and the dynamics of changes in the indicators of physical fitness of students is presented in the table.
The experimental group included students of two groups in which classes were conducted according to a specially developed program. The control group was engaged according to the generally accepted methodology.
In the experimental groups, classes were conducted throughout the day with a training orientation, where the composition of the means used was focused on improving professionally necessary motor qualities.
During the period of field training camps, where the developed and experimentally tested methodology of classes with a focus on the formation of motor qualities of professional training value was used, the level of physical fitness of students increased by a statistically significant higher level (p < 0.01).
The analysis of the initial indicators revealed that the distance of 100 m, students on average overcame in 13.4 ± 0.7 seconds, the control in 13.4 ± 0.8 seconds,. After the introduction into the educational process of the program developed by us aimed at improving motor qualities, the results of the experimental group tended to slightly improve by 0.2 seconds. faster (2.2%) (p > 0.05). By the end of the second microcycle, the result is significantly progressing and is 13.0 ± 0.6 seconds. (3.0%),(p < 0.05), with subsequent improvement to 12.9±0.4 sec. (3.8%) (p < 0.01). At the end of the training camp, the students' speed qualities improved significantly to 12.8±0.4 seconds (4.5%) (p<0.01). In the control group, an unreliable increase of 0.2 seconds was noted. (p > 0.05).
The motor quality of endurance in the military profession occupies a special position due to the fact that many physical exercises included in the regulatory requirements are associated with the need for their manifestation. The students revealed that the average result was 13.1 ± 1.5 minutes, in the control - 13.0 ± 1.2 minutes, with p > 0.05. By the end of the first week, the result had significantly improved by 1.6%.
At the end of the second micro cycle, the improvement was 5.4%. Significant progressive changes (6.9%) occurred in the third micro cycle. By the end of the field training camp, the students of the experimental group covered the distance in 11.9 ± 1.1 minutes, accounting for an increase of 1.2 minutes (9.2%). The control group students improved their results by an average of 0.8%.
When assessing the speed and strength capabilities of students, the results of the long jump from a place showed a result of 2.3 ± 0.2 m. At the end of the first microcycle, it improved by 4.2%, followed by an increase of 8.0% by the end of field training camps. If we take into account that students of military professions are subject to increased requirements related to overcoming obstacle courses, jumping over a moat, overcoming a wall, then the urgency of the problem of improving this quality for a future specialist in preparing young men for service in the Armed Forces becomes obvious.
In the process of military service, great attention is paid to the physical strength capabilities of young men, and in this regard, we attached special importance to the result in pulling up on the crossbar. The initial result averaged 13.3±1.8 times. The improvement of strength abilities in the process of field training camps has significantly increased the effectiveness of this indicator. The positive dynamics of the increase in strength abilities can be clearly traced throughout the training and field training camps and amounts, respectively, in the first micro cycle - 1.1 times (7.8%), the second – 1.8 times (11.2%), the third – 2.7 times (16.9%), by the end it was 5.0 times (17.4%).
A special test throwing grenade, it is present in all program and regulatory documents of the Armed Forces.
The initial data of students in grenade throwing was 38.3 ± 3.1 m, and exceeded by 0.3 m the result of the control group. By the end of the first micro cycle, the result improved by – 0.4 m (1.1%), the second – 1.8 m (4.5%), the third – 3.1 m (7.5%), and by the end of the field training camps, the indicator was 43.2 m, which corresponded to an increase in the result by 4.9 m (19.4%) (p < 0.01), in the control group, the increase was 1.9 m. (p > 0.05).
The results of the conducted pedagogical experiment showed the effectiveness of the methodology of conducting accentuated classes with a training focus on the development of motor qualities in the specific conditions of the summer field training camps.
