Introduction 
During recent years, the export decision of a company has become one of the most crucial issues for distinct 
companies as it might affect the general performance of a firm after some period. In general, the definition of export 
decision term can be explained as a choice of a specific company for engaging in the sector of foreign sales. According 
to the data for 50 countries of U.S. states, there had been an immediate boom in the export sector during the period from 
1984 to 1992, and in order to support decision to export by promotion, states devoted from $21 million to $96 million of 
their financial resources (NASDA, 1993; Bernard and Jensen, 2001). By increasing decisions to export, companies might 
indicate that they have an advantage such as a good financial performance.
