• The problem of logistics
Much of the business world relies on communication between individuals who are physically distant from one another; organizing and participating in an in-person meeting can be time-consuming and expensive. Email provides a near-instantaneous exchange of information at little cost. Teleconferencing bridges physical distance, but the logistics of gathering people together at the same time remains.

This - bu, shu, ushbu, mana shu;
that - u, o’sha, ana u.
This ko’rsatish olmoshi so’zlovchiga yaqin turgan predmetni yoki shaxsni, that esa so’zlovchidan uzoqroq to’rgan predmetni yoki shaxsni ko’rsatish uchun qo’llanadi. This ko’rsatish olmoshining ko’plik formasi these (bular), that ko’rsatish olmoshining ko’plik formasi those (ular, o’shalar).
Указательные местоимения this - этот, эта, это и that - тот,та,то употребляется при указании на предмет. This употребляется при указании на лицо или предмет, находящийся вблизи от говорящего, that при указании на лицо или предмет, находящийся вдали от говорящего.

Местоимение this во множественном числе имеет форму these, а местоимение that форму those.

This is a table. That book is good.
These are tables. Those books are good.
