Creating a print advert
     
Before you begin … 
Print or cut out some authentic newspaper adverts in English, but cover/delete 
the name of the product as well as any images of it. Students have to work out 
what is being advertised in each case and then decide which adverts are most 
effective, and try to work out what makes some of the adverts more successful 
than others. You can also print some adverts from the internet if you don’t have 
access to English-language newspapers.
