Amaliy mashg’ulot №18
Mavzu: Qazib olingan bo’shliqlarni to’ldiruvchi materiallar bilan to’ldirish.
Ishning maqsadi: - talabalarga foydali qazilma zahiralari qazib olingandan keyin qo’lgan bo`shliqni to`ldirishni usulllari va ularni bajarish ketma-ketligi haqida tushunchalar berish.
Ko`mirni qazib olish va qazib olingan bushlikni to`ldiruvchi materiallar bilan to`ldirish birgalikda olib borilgan to`ldiruvchi materiallarni xavo yordamida etqazib beruvchi mashina ish unumdorligini olish buyicha lavaning minimal yuklamasi quyidagi formula bilan aniklanadi:

Tp.z =15-30 min –smenadagi tayyorlash tugatish ishlari davomiyligi.

Q- to`ldiruvchi materialni xavo bilan etqazib beruvchi mashinaning unumdorligi. (m3/ch)
kz= 0,6-0,85. 1 t qazib olingan foydali kazilma uchun sarflangan to`ldiruvchi material. (m3/t).
tp – qazibolingan bushlikni to`ldirish uchun tayyorlashga ketgan vakt.
Bulaklarga bulingan turbaprovodlardan foydalanilib
chegaralovchi setkalar kullanilganda tp=3,7 min/m
siljituvchi chegaralar kullanilganda tp=23 min/m
bulaklarga bulingan turbaprovodlar kullanilib:
-yondan ketishni kul bilan boshkarganda tp=4,4 min/m
-yondan kiritishni va mashinani tuxtatishni masofadan turib boshkarganda tp=2,5 min/m
- yondan kiritishni masofadan boshkarib mashina tuxtamaganda tp=0 ga teng.

Agar ko`mirni qazish va qazib olingan bushlikni to`ldiruvchi materiallar bilan to`ldirish aloxida olib borilso lavaga beriladigan yuklama to`ldiruvchi materiallar bilan tuldiriladigan smenalar sonidan kelib chikkan xolda quyidagicha aniklanadi:

To`ldiruvchi materiallarni etqazib beruvchi turbaprovadlar diametri qurilmaning unumdorligiga boglik xolda aniklanadi va to`ldiruvchi materiallar texnik kursatgichlari buyicha kabul kilinadi.
