I. What are your TWO MOST IMPORTANT long-term goals as a TEACHER TRAINER? How will
participating in this program bring you closer to accomplishing your two most important long-term goals?

At first this is new idea for every teachers.I think this program gives us more opportunities to reach
our goals.From this program we will improve our knowledge and have more new expreience except
our havings.
As we know this job is more important due to teaching others like writing needed things to the white
paper.That's why teacher will be able to know the method how to teach smth to pupil. As every pupil
has diffirent psyhologies and characters, every teacher must be responsible to pupils' in getting
knowledge and their behaviour.
As for me i have not only two goals but I have more goals as a Teacher trainer.But i'm not a teacher
trainer. If I will be a teacher trainer whenever I will try to teach teachers according to the their
problems where they faced in problematic situations. As I know every teacher has its own problems
in teaching pupils according to their pupils' ages. Teacher trainer always gives more important
information about subject,knowledge,methods and psychology from its experience.
