West Side Highway (coming from New Jersey and Westchester along the West Side) Take the West Side Highway past the World Financial Center and to the Battery. Proceed to the end of the West Side Highway, which is also called West Street. West Street ends at Battery Place (turn Left), which leads to State Street (turn Right). The Staten Island Ferry will be in sight. Follow State Street to the left, which turns into Water Street. Proceed along Water Street approximately five blocks to Pine Street (the block past Wall Street) which is one-way going West. Turn left on Pine and proceed past William Street to 28 Liberty Street. Parking is available farther to the south along Pearl or at various lots along Water Street.
