PERFORMANCE EVALUATION PROCESS The following process and procedures are based on the School Reform Law 2009 PA 205 Section 1249. It is designed with the purpose of maintaining a standard of excellence, improving the performance of teachers and to improve the instructional program. Pontiac School District teachers are evaluated on relevant competencies
with the desired goal of enhancing professional growth and performance.
The evaluation of teachers will include the following five (5) Domains of
Performance Competencies.
