INTRODUCTION.
The entire world has be living in the era of economic changes for
years. During this period, the state of production has changed significantly, and its goals and
objectives have also changed. In such circumstances, no one doubts the need to reconsider the
role of measuring instruments in various industries, i.e. the purpose, tasks and role of
metrological support. The main objective of the metrological supply is to achieve the required
accuracy through its proper management by using the measurement method, measuring device,
measurement process and analysis of the measurement results and ensure that the results are
positive. Any technology is undergoing changes in response to the growing needs and
capabilities of society. The new demands on metrology and its supply are occurring. Since the
late 20th century, the number of measuring instruments and sensors in manufactured equipment
has increased by several percent each year. The number of measuring sensors in one technical
complex has increased several times over the past decades: thousands of them are in aircraft
and missiles, and tens of thousands are in a number of enterprises. Operating costs are growing
rapidly, while maintaining the labor intensity of metrological work.
However, competition forces them to reduce and increase the performance of the
equipment. The procedure, which involves removing the measuring tool from the installation
when the calibration interval occurs and delivering it to the metrological laboratory, and then
returning them to their original location after calibration, is becoming increasingly difficult.
One of the most important purpose of the current industry is the development and
creation of new modern technologies, that is, the creation and production of high-quality, high-
tech products that are in demand and competitive in the domestic and foreign markets of each
country. To achieve this, in recent years, developed countries have allocated large financial
resources for all sectors of production. The problem of quality of industrial products of all
countries is directly related to the metrological support of production, as the basis of the quality
system of any manufacturing enterprise is metrological supply.
Modern enterprises and organizations are devoting their resources to continuous quality
improvement and modernization of technology. Quality assurance requires a combination of
the creative potential and practical experience of professionals. Enterprises and organizations
need to provide availability and after-sales service to retain their customers, as the modern
consumer is pointing out shortcomings in product selection. Quality as a set of characteristics
and features of a product determines its suitability for use and purpose. These peculiarities are
formed while creating a product according to customer requirements. Quality requirements are
specified in normative and normative-technical documents, state and industry standards;
technical conditions or technical tasks for product design or modernization; drawings and
technological maps; technological regulations and control maps and other documents.
