Employee’s Agreement with the Employer
By signing this contract, the EMPLOYEE agrees to the following:
• Sell magazine subscriptions and earn 20% per subscription sold.
• Sell a minimum of 10 subscriptions per week. Failure or inability to sell 10 subscriptions 
a week could result in termination of employment.
• Become very familiar with the topic and type of each magazine the company sells. 
Employer’s Agreement with the Employee
By signing this contract, the EMPLOYER agrees to the following:
• Provide employee with all materials needed in order to make sales.
• Provide employee with 20% of each subscription sold by said employee.
• Assist employee with problems or obstacles that may affect employee’s ability to make sales.
