If I were to choose a job between a challenging and interesting job with less vacation days or an easy G job with a lot of vacation days, I would choose the first one. I feel this way for three reasons.
First, I want to be where I can improve myself. A job is not just a means of making money. If it is also important part of my life since we spend long hours at work. If my job is easy and there is no need to arc improve my skill or knowledge. I might become lazy and less enthusiastic about pushing myself to be better employee. Therefore, I prefer to work at a job that challenges me and provoke me to arc, WW grow further.
Secondly, working for a creative job gives me more opportunities to work with creative people. G I learn better through people than books. Working with creative people will lead me think out of WW box and widen my point of views. Co-operating with interesting people is more valuable than arc making money because it gives me lessons of life that will help me down the road.
Lastly, I feel more alive when than when I rest. Someday, I would want to have a stress-free job with G long holidays. However, right now I am young and more receptive to new ideas and skills. If I feel that I'm wasting my time and talent working at a dull job, a long vacation would make me nervous rather than happy.
For these reasons, I choose a job that inspires me and encourages me even if that has less holidays. G
