The maximum total dimensions must not exceed 36 x 30 x 27 cm (total size of all items). Hand baggage
is not limited by the number/weight of items, but must fit freely into the calibrator (meter) of hand baggage with the airline's logo set
at the airport.
Proceed hand baggage calibrator before entering the pre-flight security area.
Besides the items that fit in the calibrator, you can take a laptop or tablet of any size without a cover and a cane umbrella (but not a
beach umbrella). A laptop or tablet case should fit freely in calibrator - otherwise you will have to check-in the cover as checked
baggage.

The lack of information about weight and dimensions of some items cannot be regarded as an opportunity to transport items that can’t be placed in the cabin without
compromising the rights of other passengers or security requirements (definition of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, 20.11.2018 N APL18-475).
The hand baggage carried in the cabin must not contain items prohibited for carriage. The total volume of liquids permitted for carriage in cabin, cannot exceed 1 liter (for
each customer). Liquids must be poured into containers with a capacity not exceeding 100 ml and packed in plastic bag.
Crutches, canes, walkers, rollators, a folding wheelchair used by the client are not measured and are transported in the cabin free of charge (if their dimensions allow you to
do it safely) or in the baggage hold as checked baggage.

Seats in cabin
Seats in the cabin are assigned during check-in and indicated in the boarding pass.
It’s not allowed to change the seats on the board, except the requirements of the crew. Customers with disabilities who need assistance during the flight, boarding or
disembarking from the aircraft, cannot occupy seats near emergency exits; customers who require an extension belt or who cannot by themselves lower the chair armrest;
customers with pets; not speaking Russian or English; pregnant women; children under 18 years old (except for seats A, B, C in the first row, available for children from 2 to
18 years old). For a more comfortable journey we recommend purchasing the seat selection service in advance.
In-flight services
Drinking water is available on request. For safety reasons meals and hot drinks are not provided. You can take hot drink on board only in heat resistant cup
with lid. It is forbidden to smoke and to drink alcoholic beverages on board. Seatbacks do not recline.

If a customer with a disability requires special conditions of carriage, we recommend you inform the airline's call center no later than 24 hours before the
flight departure.
