Topicality of the theme. Language is the most important means of communication among people and has its own internal structure. It is in a dialectical relationship with thinking. Therefore, the connection of thinking with language, the communicative function and the internal structure of the language attracts the attention of researchers.
Man creates speech and realize it. Man is born with the ability to fully master the language. You will need to take this opportunity later. To understand how this happens, psycholinguistics studies how a child’s speech develops.
2. Relation of the topic of the dissertation to the research work of the higher education institution where the dissertation is written. The dissertation work is carrying out on the basis of research plans of Andijan State University.
3. Dependence of the research on the priorities of the development of science and technology in the country. Spiritual values, national ideas are implemented in accordance with the priorities set in the framework of the fundamental study of cultural heritage, the history of the Uzbek people and statehood.
