The detailed estimate for the above said work amounting to Rs. 9,55,170/- (Rs. nine lacs fifty five thousand one hundred seventy only) has been framed by this office for execution of the work including 5% office contingencies.
History
In one of the meeting, held at Raj Niwas on 31.7.07 hon’ble Lt. Governor of Delhi desired that DDA should take up the development of Villages whose land have been acquired. No. of subsequent meetings have been held at Raj Niwas & Vikas Sadan regarding development of villages and directions have been issued for the purpose of repair of approach roads etc. Accordingly, this office has prepared a detailed estimate for strengthening and repair of approach road connecting Prahlad Pur village.
This estimate is based upon the drawing collected personally and PP (R) has not issued any drawing officially.
Specifications :- CPWD specifications 1996 and 2002 volume I to VI with up-to-date
correction slips.
Design & Scope :- At random pot holes filling with WBM has been considered along with
2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing after a tack coat
Method :- By call of tenders

The detaikd estimate of the above said work amounting to Rs. 18,32,824/: (Rs eighteen lacs thirty two thousand eight handred twenty four only) rise in cost index e 53% and difference in cost of stipulated material I/c 5% contingencies, has been tramed by executive enginee, R.P.D.10 to cover as the probable cost of above work.
HISTORY During the fortnightly meeting held at ‘Raj Niwas’ on 31.7.07 the Hon’ble L.G of delhi ghas desired to take up the development work of villages, whose land have been acquired by DDA. Accordigly theV. C./DDA vide his letter no Ps/vc/DDA/2007/148-A dt. 1.8.07 has directed to prepare the development plan and take up the work I oe time. The approach road to cremination ground in village ‘nithari’ has not be constructed So for. The died councilor Sh. Rohtas singh has also desired to take up the work on priority thence this estimate has been framed.
Design & scope 100mm thick cemen concrete 1: 5:10 shall be aid after leveling and dressing road with Kota stone stripe 100mm wide & 25mm thick in joints of cement concrete. The adjoining wall towards pond shall be raised with random rubble masonry.

History :- During the fortnightly meeting held at “Raj Niwas” on 31.7.07 the Hon’ble LG of Delhi has desired to take up the development works of Villages whose land have been acquired by D.D.A. Accordingly, VC/DDA vide his letter No. PS/VC/DDA/2007/148-A dt. 1.8.2007 has directed to prepare the development plans and take up the works at once. The area was inspected alongwith the area councilor Sh. Rohtas Singh who has desired that the approach road from village Mubnarak Pur Dabas to Kajhawala road needs immediate repair. A detailed survey has been conducted at site and found that the road near pond and approach road is broken at many places and local depression exists resulting inconvenience to traffic and stagnation of water. This stagnation of water is further damaging the road due to movement of vehicles and need immediate repair. Since this a approach road connected to Rohini and is being utilized by lot of people daily and require repairs, hence this estimate has been framed.
Design & scope :- All damaged portion of road shall be repaired with a layer of WBM with stone aggregate 53 to 22.4mm. All local depression and broken road edges shall be repaired with W.B.M. Thereafter all repair work shall be covered with 2.5cm premix carpeting. Since klidening of road is not possible due to level difference hence all Kuchha berms shall be provided with interlocking paver block 80mm thick. Edging of road shall be provided with C.C. Kerb stone.
Specification :- CPWD specification 1996 Vol I to VI and revised CPWD specification 2002 for cement mortar, cement concrete and RCC with upto date correction slips.
Rates :- Based on DSR-02 with upto date correction slips and SE(P) rates

History :- During the fortnightly meeting held at “Raj Niwas” on 31.7.07 the Hon’ble LG of Delhi has desired to take up the development works of Villages whose land have been acquired by D.D.A. Accordingly, VC/DDA vide his letter No. PS/VC/DDA/2007/148-A dt. 1.8.2007 has directed to prepare the development plans and take up the works at once. As per directions the area has been inspected along with area councilor Sh. Rohtas Singh. It has been observed that the public/residents of the area are throwing their waste here & there resulting unhygienic condition the area mosquitoes and flies are breading on them. Since there is no Dhaloa/dust bin has been constructed in the area so far, hence the area councilor has desired to construct a dust bin in the area immediately to avoid spreading the disease. Hence, this estimate has been framed to provide facility to the residents of area, enabling them to throw their waste/garbage etc at one point.
Design & scope :- The estimate has been prepared on the basis of drawing & design approved by M.C.D. and followed by DDA in their earlier estimate.

Accordingly, VC/DDA vide his letter No. PS/VC/DDA/2007/148-A dt. 1.8.2007 has directed to prepare the development plans and take up the works at once. As per directions the area has been inspected along with area councilor Sh. Rohtas Singh. The area councilor has desires that all vacant land of ‘Gram Sabha’ needs protection to avoid encroachment so the same shall be utilized for public interest in future. Accordingly it is found that the vacant land near temple and at an another location needs immediate protection. Hence this estimate has been framed.
Design & scope :- Stone masonry wall in C.M. 1:6 shall be constructed upto a height of 1.50 meter above G.L. around vacant plots. SFRC railing of 1.00mX1.00m shall be provided at top of wall, C.C. 1:2:4 coping shall be laid at the top.

History :- During the fortnightly meeting held at “Raj Niwas” on 31.7.07 the Hon’ble LG of Delhi has desired to take up the development works of Villages whose land have been acquired by D.D.A. Accordingly, VC/DDA vide his letter No. PS/VC/DDA/2007/148-A dt. 1.8.2007 has directed to prepare the development plans and take up the works at once. As per directions the area has been inspected and found that the pond situated at the entrance of village needs to be protected by constructing boundary wall. The residents of the area are dumping their waste/garbage etc here & there near pond. Moreover this pond is very much prone to cause accident and mishappening. Since all waste water is collected in this pond hence to avoid any mishappening the estimate for constructed boundary wall around it has been framed.
Design & scope :- Stone masonry wall in C.M. 1:6 shall be constructed near pond. The height of wall shall be 1.50 meter above G.L. SFRC railing of size 1.00mX1.00m shall be provided at top of wall. C.C. coping 1:2:4 shall be laid at the top of B. wall.
