NOTICE RE-INVITING TENDER
Pursuant to the decision taken place in writ petition No. 2692-P/2016 order dated: 13/12/2016 passed by honorable court of Peshawar High court Peshawar regarding dismissal of petition. Therefore sealed cover tenders / bids are invited from the following prequalified contractors / firms already approved by the Chief Engineer FATA works and services Department Peshawar for the work given below. The application for tender form and BOQ will be received one working day before the opening day up to 02:00 PM.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• 
  The Contractor who are intend to participate in the bid must be provided attested copy of renewal receipt of Pak Engg: Council for the year 2017 & renewal receipt of FATA enlistment for the year 2016-17.
  
• 
  Contractors who are quoting rate below than At Par on CSR-2012(Quarter-III) are required to attach 8% original call deposit with the tender form failing which their tender will be deemed defective.
  
• 
  Contract documents and the set of conditions of contract to be complied with, can be collected by the contractors from the Divisional Officer, during offices hours on any working day.
  
• 
  Tender, which should always be placed in sealed cover with the name of the work written on the envelopes, shall be received by the Divisional officer upto 12:00 Noon and will be opened after 30 (thirty) mints on the date of opening of tender and shall be opened in the presence of Contractors.
  
• 
  No tender Form will be issued to contractor on opening date of tenders.
  
• 
  Conditional Tender shall be rejected.
  
• 
  The cost of testing of materials ordered by Engineer in charge, according to the standard procedures shall be responsibility of contractor and will be recovered from him.
  
• 
  In case tender could not be held on 1^st date for any reason the same will be held on next date.
  
• 
  If two OR more bidders have quoted the same rate , then decision of the lowest bidder will be decided through free draw (Toss) in the presence of all Contractors /firms and bid evaluation committee.
  
• 
  The undersigned reserves the right to approve/reject one or all the tenders without any reason.
