The management at Keystone Sporting Goods is in the process of restocking their fly tying equipment. They have requested that we provide a list of items that they should stock for our use.
Please let me (Buz) know what items you would like to have available. I will compile a list and provide it to the shop.
PHOTO AND FLY CONTEST
It has been suggested that we have a photo and fly contest. Take a picture of you and the fish, identify the fly used, and location.
Submit your photo to the Antietam Fly Anglers, and we will select one for a special prize to be awarded at the annual Banquet.
We already have photos from Don Fine, Sam Rock, Del Martin, Buz and his grandson.

The Dance
“I could have missed the pain, but I’d have to miss the dance.” (Garth Brooks.)
If I had not ventured to the lake, I would not have seen the folly of the loons as they splash about and call to one another throughout the night.
If I had not gone to the effort to travel where few men go, I would not have heard the wolf pack travel the ridge calling their forlorn sound.
If I had not taken the time to learn and then teach my son the skills and treasures of nature, I would not have seen him dance upon the rocks with a smallmouth at bay.
If I had not taken the time that only patience can bring, I would not have seen the caddis dance upon the water ensuring future generations.
If I had not taken the time, “I would have missed the dance”.
