PROCEDURE OF THE LESSON:

  1. Org. moment:
  1. Pre - activity


Teacher gives PP cards and say them to think and axplain why their profession is very important
Jobs: disc jockey, politician, mother, ambulance driver, computer programmer.
  1. Main Part


Divide PP into groups o f five. Give each group the following professions (or others if you prefer) written on small bits o f paper which are folded so PP cannot see the professions. PP choose a paper. Explain that they are in the
basket o f a hot-air balloon. The balloon is about to crash. Four people have tobe thrown out o f the balloon, leaving one winner. The winner is the person who can prove that his/her profession is the most important for society

E.g.
1 .1 should be saved because my job is the most important. I ‘m ... and à ... is a very important job. 2 . 1 know I have ... qualifications. I am strong... I ...
3. When you ... I ... . you all need me. You can manage without a ... but you ... can‘t



  1. Post - activity


When the groups have finished, the class should listen to the winner from each group and should choose the best explanation for the ‗champion o f the class'.


  1. Giving homework Prepare for the Progress Check

  2. Evaluation giving marks VII. Conclusion The results o f the lesson
