I've been in sales most of my life, starting out as a newspaper boy in my early years and working my way up to Sales Manager in my latter years. I've sold most everything you can think of, from Fuller Brush, Shaklee, Amway, Kirby Vacuum Cleaners, Water Softeners, Automobiles to you name it. I have developed very strong closing skills along the way and I've realized a long time ago that the best way to sell is to develop a good report with the people your trying to sell to. People will buy from people they like if your product is only half decent but people will not buy from people they don't like no matter how good your product is. I sold my first Kirby Vacuum Cleaner on my first appointment to a couple that didn't have a stitch of carpet in there home. I appreciate the opportunity to apply for your opening.
