sisting of a set of characteristics that is important for
everyone in an organization to develop. The follow-
ing assessment surveys the practices or beliefs that
you would apply in a management role—that is,
your managerial leadership.
Instructions:
The following statements refer to dif-
ferent ways you might behave in a managerial lead-
ership role. For each statement, indicate how you do
behave or how you think you would behave. Describ-
ing yourself may be difficult in some cases, but you
should force yourself to make a selection. Record
