Teaches responsibility.
Sports can be extremely dangerous, especially if people act recklessly. Archery teaches us to be responsible for each other as well as for the equipment we use. Archery is clearly not meant for reckless and irresponsible behavior.


Hand-eye coordination
Archery trains the hands to work together in different tasks. Aiming and shooting an arrow based on what the eyes see. Coordination develops with repetition and practice. Balance is also paramount to archery success, as the body must remain still during aiming and shooting. Over time, a person learns to place the body when shooting in such a way as to achieve a balance between different parts of the body, developing from synchronous work.


Just fun
The main purpose of archery is to have fun. The archer must remember to focus on himself before thinking about what others are doing. With this attitude, shooting becomes much more interesting. Shooting an arrow, watching it fly and hitting the target has a stress-reducing effect on a person. Focusing, coupled with increased physical and mental strength, is an overall pleasant and relaxing experience.


It's a relatively inexpensive sport
Archery is an inexpensive sport for amateur archers. However, if you shoot at a professional level and participate in competitions, the price may increase. The demands on your dedication and time will increase, but this will return to you a hundredfold in the form of benefits derived from classes.


Benefits for the body
Shooting exercises develop arm muscles. The arms, torso, hands, chest and shoulders are all involved with proper bow draw, especially the triceps. Like pulling weights, the tension in these muscle groups is maintained for several seconds when aiming, until the moment the arrow is released. With training, the work done with pulling and releasing the arrow results in the development of most of the muscles of the upper body. Therefore, even after a long time after the end of regular exercises, the muscles of the hands remain toned and elastic. And constant walks to the target and back help to walk the same daily minimum necessary to maintain overall health. Shooting will make these walks meaningful and fun.
