F. 
To process the documents to obtain the Admissibility Certificate for the Visa J1 state, Form DS-2019;
G.
To make available to the Participant the document to obtain the visa and counselling when filling in
the application forms for visa;
H.
To offer to the participant help during the Program. The participant will address in writing to
[e-mail] and [e-mail];
4) PARTICIPANT’S OBLIGATIONS:
A. 
To fully pay the payments indicated at point 5 of this agreement;
B.
To bear the expenses for the delivery and receipt of documents, as well as the performance of
transfers of money to the Sponsor, the afferent fees represent 35 Usd and will be included in each
invoice;
C. 
To present the Certificate with Good Level at English language;
D. 
To apply for the visa and to pay the consular fee of 160 Usd to the US consulate;
E.
To pay the SEVIS fee in the amount of 35 Usd;
F.
To fill in and sign the Form DS 160 at the indications and according to the recommendations of the
Program Manager;
G.
To pay in advance 150 Usd for the airplane ticket reservation. The payment of an advance does not
guarantee the maintenance of the fee, the plane ticket will be issued only in the case of full payment.
The payment of the full price of the plane ticket, will be done within a maximum 5 (five) days from the
obtaining of visa for the USA. If it has been a ticket booking, the booking can be maintained only within
the conditions specified by the booking system or within the conditions communicated by the ticketing
agent, but not later than 3 calendar days. The cost of the plane ticket can vary depending on the leave
date and type of fee, individual or group. The distribution on groups and flights will be done depending
on options and existing transport possibilities. The CAEP representatives will make all the possible
efforts for the association of students on flights according to the requests, but it cannot always be
guaranteed by CAEP. The failure to pay the amount due for the plane ticket or the failure to inform
about modifications of leave date will lead automatically to the loss of booking and the full payment. In
the case of data modifications, CAEP cannot guarantee the maintenance of price. If the leave data and /
or return data from the ticket plane exceeds the date indicated in the form DS 2019, then the Participant
will pay for the fourth month of medical insurance depending on the number of days spent in the USA.
This payment is compulsory and is paid with the plane ticket.
