Consulting agreement

The advance for plane ticket will not be refunded due any causes or reasons;

In the case of refund applications, the Participant has the obligation to submit a USD account to avoid
additional fees. If the refund is done in other currencies, the afferent fees will be carried by the
Participant;
K.
CAEP reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the Participant: ignores, denigrates, or does
not respect the requirements, rules of the Program. In this case, it will not be done any repayment, and
for the caused damages he will be obliged to indemnities.
7) THE PARTICIPANT OBLIGES HIMSELF TO OBSERVE THE PARTICIPATION TERMS AND
CONDITIONS:
A.
Admissibility: I understand and I am aware that the important purpose of the Program is the cultural
exchange and not the financial one. I confirm that during the program I will be involved in cultural
activities which will allow me to better know the American culture.
B.
The information afferent to the travel and house: I understand that it is my responsibility to organize
all the needs concerning the travel, accommodation plans and to provide all the relevant information to
the Sponsor within 2 weeks before my arrival to the USA. I will place this information on the Sponsor’s
website. I know that the failure to report the travel information can lead to the loss of the job. I
understand that I have to assure myself temporary accommodation before the arrival to the USA. I
understand and I agree that if I arrive in the USA without prior assured accommodation and I ask for the
Sponsor’s / agent’s services to find accommodation, I will be charged at least 50$ for the respective
services. I understand that the Sponsor’s Program does not include the offering of a house and that the
Sponsor / Agent is not liable to provide a house and accommodation conditions for me. I understand
that, in some cases, deposit payment for accommodation will be necessary and must be paid before
arriving in the USA.
C.
The arrival to the USA: I understand that the unique possibility of being legally in the USA and not
having the program cancelled is to register in the SEVIS system immediately I arrive in the USA and to
I confirm that I have read, understood and agreed to the terms, and I sign:
