Consulting agreement

3) CLIENT REQUIREMENTS:
The consultant will void the contract without any notice if the Client will not provide within 10 days the
following requirements:

Video CV according to the instruction given
F. 
Photo, e-version of a Good Looking and Good quality of 600px / 600px

4) RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES:
A.
The Parties (Consultant and Client) are responsible for the failure and / or improper performance of
their obligations under this Agreement.
B.
The parties are exempt from liability if conventional force majeure circumstances that are
independent of their will are affecting for the execution and / or improper performance of their
obligations under this Agreement. For example, war, natural disasters, the publication of regulations by
government agencies, the introduction of economic and / or political sanctions.
C.
The consultant is responsible for fulfilling the obligations assumed only to the extent that he has been
paid for his services under this Agreement. In this case, if the Consular Service of Embassies in
Uzbekistan refuses the entry visa and / or the client does not receive the entry visa, the amount will not
be refunded.
D.
The consultant shall not be liable if the following circumstances occur: Refusal of the Sponsors or
Partners to accept the client in the Program. For the authenticity of any documents and information
provided by the client for consideration and registration of the educational program (passport,
application form, power of attorney, documents confirming financial solvency, etc. For actions of third
parties (Visa and Citizenship Division bodies, customs services, passport control, airport registration
services, delays and / or cancellation of the flight, the preservation of baggage, the time of delivery and
the preservation of documents by courier services, etc.). For actions / inactions of a client that resulted
in his exclusion from the program, eviction from place of residence, termination of a visa and / or
deportation of him from the host country, for the safety of documents and values of the client and his
state of health, for the results causing violation of the provisions of actual agreement.
E.
The problems that have arisen in the host country are usually resolved on the spot by the
representative of the organization. The consultant, in turn, also takes, within reasonable limits,
measures to assist in solving the problem.
F.
Disputes under this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. In case the issue cannot be
resolved through negotiations, the dispute is resolved in the manner provided for by the current
legislation of Uzbekistan.
