9. A person must not email a document to the Court for filing unless the 
Principal Registrar has permitted the person to email it or the Rules 
otherwise say that it cannot be filed electronically using the ECMS, 
pursuant to O 67A r 4(2).

an associate’s email address, or emailed to any
other address than

 is taken not to have been filed. 
11. A document presented for filing by email, if accepted for filing, is taken 
to have been filed on the day and at the time that the Court receives the 
email.

Filing by delivery 
 
12. A person must not deliver a document to the Court to present it for 
filing unless the Principal Registrar has permitted the person to deliver 
it or the Rules otherwise say that it cannot be filed electronically using 
the ECMS, pursuant to O 67A r 5.

Filing by post 
 
14. A person must not post a document to the Court to present it for filing 
unless the Principal Registrar has permitted the person to post it or the 
Rules otherwise say that it cannot be filed electronically using the 
ECMS, pursuant to O 67A r 6(1). 
15. A person presenting a document for filing by post must comply with 
the requirements of Practice Direction 1.2.3.
