Consent to the orders applied for

A party to the bail application may consent to the grant, variation or 
revocation of bail applied for by filing documents that set out the 
order sought and evidence of each party's consent to the making of the 
order (
Criminal Procedure Rules 2005
, r 25A(2)).

The consent document/s should be filed as soon as practicable.

The party may file the document/s by fax to Listings. Refer to Practice 
Direction 1.2.2

Alternatively, the party may file the document/s electronically by 
sending a scanned copy of the document/s in .pdf format as an

Legal representatives - robing

Unless otherwise ordered, legal representatives need to be robed for 
bail applications under s 14 and s 15 of the 
Bail Act 1982 
in respect of 
charges pending in the Magistrates Court (refer to PD 10.4 par 5(b)(i)).
