Apology letter.
Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to apologise for wrong delivering for your order on Monday October 20.That day we had a lot of orders, and we were trying to deliver all orders.
You know that day was rainy day.Nonwithstanding the fact that the weather was bad, we sent all orders on time. Unfortunately, our delivering car had a traffic accident while it was carrying the orders. Happily, our dealer was not injured when he had accident. But the car was damaged, and the dealer called another worker for delivering all the orders. Thanks to some reasons, your order delivered another address. We realized that you had angry as you took other persons things.
I hope that you will accept my apology, and I promise that your order will deliver as soon.
