and buy out the equipment under the existing Master Lease Agreement at a total cost of $1,457.52.
-- Granted permission to approve Sweet, Stevens, Tucker & Katz LLP standard agreement fees, cost, and expenses incurred for
special counsel representation and non-retainer files at the rate of $120 per hour for routine matters and $165 per hour for
non-routine matters, effective July 1, 2006.
-- Adopted the 2006-07 General Fund Budget with tax on real estate of 17.59 mills, as per resolution attached to permanent
minutes, providing for expenditures of $66,690.650.

-- Awarded the 2006-2007 school year Student Accident and Athletic Insurance to ACE American Insurance Company,
J. Michael Fraser, Underwriter and Agent, at an annual premium of $11,200.
-- Awarded 48-month operating leases including maintenance for two multifunction photocopiers to Edward Business
Machines, Inc., West Reading, PA, under the terms of the Pennsylvania Education Joint Purchasing Council for a total
annual cost of $7,455.28.
-- Approved changing the reimbursement for conference meal expenses from a per meal maximum to a daily maximum of
$60 per day, effective July 1, 2006.
