Automatic Plate Baking machine is our factory’s modern product which has been compared repeatedly, and modified according to the feedback of the users. It has change the most plate baking machine’s box structure. It adopts the far infrared ray bake type model to heat the PS plate when the plate is moving. Both of the plate moving speed and the heating temperature can be adjusted according to the users.

   Baking principle
   

Plate baking is to put on the baking chemical on the plate after exposure. After the baking, it is exposure again, then will be put on the offset printing machine. Because the PS Plate pattern dot is the original photosensitive resin layer. The composition is 215 photosensitive agent and linear between armour phenolic resin for linear between armour phenolic resin wear-resisting rate is low, plate without baking in general only can be printed 20-30 thousand times. After baking, it can be printed 150-200 thousand times.

   Structure overview
   

The machine is mainly composed by the following several parts: frame, oven, transmission parts. plate feeding frame.

1 frame:

Frame is the machine’s supporting parts. It consists of steel pressed after welded, it is installed the oven and drive motor reducer. The transmission parts are installed on the left-right side. The electrical cabinet is installed on the front.

2 oven

The oven inside cover is bending aluminum plate. The aluminum has good heat reflection function. In the upper and the surrounding of the upper layer is the aluminum silicate fiber felt. It has the feature of thermal conductivity is small, good insulation, energy efficient use of heat. Inside the oven is equipped with far infrared heating pipe, the installation position of the heating pipe is determined by many times simulation experiments, and the inlet and outlet of the oven is covered by fluoride film, which can reduce the heat loss.
3 transmission parts

The machine transmission part is consisted by the input roller, stainless steel net conveyer, output roller. It is equipped with the AC motor, reducer and chain drive. The transmission speed has the stepless speed regulation.

4 Plate feeding frame

The plate feeding frame is activity type. It is installed in the front of the input roller. The user can open and collect it according to the needing.

   Circuit control theory.
   

1 speed modulating.

Using speed control circuit, can control plate movement speed, n=s/t, when plate trip is determined, it can control of plate heating time, on the other hand, improve the degree of automation line by adjusting the knob, speed variator, speed stpless motor, close the power switch, open transmission switch K2 and variator to electricity, the motor operates, at this time on the faceplate rotaion knob, the control speed stepless motor speed.
2 Baking heating lines

Baking heating lines by dump, 2KM, infrared heating tube TDA and composed, press heating switches, the coil to dump ultrachrome K3 electrical work, 2KM coils of temperature control instrument through TDA of closed contacts have electricity work, dump-1, dump-2, 2KM-1, 2KM-2 closed, heating tubes began to work.

In order to make the temperature setting within a prescribed scope, heating circuit is adopted in TDA-8001, 0—400 temperature display adjustment device, thermocouples used testing temperature when the temperature can not reach the requirement, the head of the closed TDA still close, heating line working temperature rise gradually, rise to TDA the value set, closed point disconnected, 2KM coil losing electricity doesn’t work. At this time, only dump work, temperature drop, often close point closed, 2KM work and after a specified value, it stop, temperature reaches requirement

   The common electric failure analysis
   

1 When the transmission device can not drive, may adjust knob or variator is broken. Please check adjustment knob and variator performance is in good condition.

2 When baking appears not constant temperature, may the temperature control meter normally closed contactor is not release.

3 When the baking, the heating is uneven, please check the heating tube to find it has been broken.

   Operation caution
   

1 After baking, the plate photosensitive layer should be red brown color, if photoreceptor layer is dark brown, it means the baking temperature is too high or baking time is too long. It will make light-sensitive layer within the resin some carbonized, such opposite lower resistance to print rate, the color is deeper, the resistant seals rate is lower. So it should be appropriately reduced baking temperature or reduce plate baking time.

2. After baking, the plate photosensitive layer turn to green color or tea color, it means the baking temperature is too low or baking time is too short, light-sensitive layer of resin was not fully polymerization. So you can immediately put the plate into the machine, and appropriate extend the time or increase the temperature for the second baking.

3 The foreign bodies can not fall on the conveyor, if want to clean the conveyor, must cut off the power supply.
4 Do not put you hand into the oven, when the machine is working.
5 When the plate baking is finished, turn off the heating switches, keep the machine running for 10 minutes, then turn off the power switch.

   Installation
   

1. 
   The ground must be plane, do not has dirty.
   
2. 
   After unpacking, loosen the screws to make the machine completely off the package, then it can hook on and make the machine in place.
   
3. 
   Put on the adjust feet on the bottom of the machine, adjust the height of the machine from each feet. To make the machine smooth.
   
4. 
   Check if the heating tube in the oven are damaged and the each part of the machine is loosen because transport shaken. If yes, please fix or change.
   
5. 
   Switch on the power, check each component of the machine, check if the machine is operating normal, the control part are accurate. If any abnormal phenomenon, please immediately shutdown and inspection.
