INTELLIGENT REMOTE MEASUREMENT-CONTROL AND

Abstrac
t. The microcontroller-based remote measurement-control and management system is recognized as a system being 
of particular importance to increase the efficiency and stability of such important issues as diagnostics of the control facilities’ state 
based on obtaining technical indicators, including visual image, carrying out the management enabling to control the parameters within 
the required limits and determining the state of the facility. The proposed system is also an intelligent system for carrying out and 
controling wireless remote mutual information exchange allowing to simultaneously monitor the working condition by mutual control 
and management of work processes of two or more facilities.
Unlike existing, centralized management systems (GPRS, GSM) by various means, an intelligent system allowing to safely 
control the facilities by determining their status has the functions of an intelligent system enabling to determine the situation between 
two units (trains) of the same status, to ensure security and to make independent decisions based on the security of the mutual situation 
along with the management of the facilities from the central control room.
