WELCOME 
Today – 07 December, 2020 the International Conference entitled 
MIMCS’2020 starts for the second time. I would like to convey my greetings 
to all participant of MIMCs’2020. We would like this Conference to be long-
lasting. 
MODERN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES IN THEORY 
AND PRACTICE 
Our century is the age of information technology that is used in our everyday 
scientific and creative activities. Speaking of modern information technologies, 
we expect support from them in solving important national economic problems. 
Today’s conference is called upon to support the solution of many problems faced 
by the scientific community, manufacturing sector, researchers and new 
technology makers. 
The six sections of the conference cover the most significant areas of research 
and best practices. For instance, the first section is dedicated to acquaintance with 
the advances and problems of information-measuring and control systems in technical and social spheres, problems of 
telecommunication technologies and protection of information integrity, as well as wide use of artificial intelligence 
advances. The second section considers the problems of applying information technologies in biomedical research. Here 
we are talking about the relevance of modern computing technologies and methods for processing and visualization of 
biomedical measurement information. The subjects of the third section reports are dedicated to the problems of 
metrological support of information, measurement and control systems. The work of the fourth section is dedicated to the 
actual problems of applying information, measurement and control systems in the fuel and chemical industries, energy 
complexes, aerospace monitoring and modern transport navigation systems, the study of earth resources, as well as in 
Nanotechnology and modern material science. The work of the fifth section covers the problems of modeling, simulation 
and optimization of technological processes in industry. And finally, the subjects of the sixth section are dedicated to the 
application of such advanced technologies like Big Data, Cloud Technologies, Quantum Computers and Supercomputers 
in production, solving social problems and research scientific works. 
As it is seen, the range of issues solved by our conference covers a wide variety of modern applied and research 
scientific problems. I wish creative success to all participants of our conference.
