and activities (Grotto N.Ya.) and others. Special attention was paid to the category of 
“sustainability” by V.N. Myasishchev, revealing her direct connection with the 
relationship of the individual. He rightly noted that often stability and variability 
(lability) are considered in the formal-dynamic plan and that this position becomes 
meaningful, it is necessary to take into account the relationship of the individual. At 
the same time, the scientist emphasized the need to consider perseverance (stability) 
along with a certain content, for example, the perseverance of beliefs, attachments, 
morality. The examples given reflect different human attitudes to something, which, 
for their part, can be stable and unstable, ranging from situational lability to high 
stability. However, stable relations can be inertly stable; therefore, the basis for the 
development of relations is not the indicated stability, but fundamental stability. It is 
based on some conscious and generalized principle [3]. S.L. Rubinstein relates 
resistance to mental properties and personality traits in the field of perception, thinking, 
etc. along with susceptibility, sensitivity, observation, excitability, discretion, 
initiative, determination, perseverance [4]. It is necessary in this connection to include 
in the composition of the goals of each person the study, protection, restoration and 
renewal of natural potential, not only in the present, but also in the future, based on 
past human and personal experience. Sustainability in compliance with the principles 
of normative environmental management, life prospects associated with the 
harmonization of socio-environmental relations should be the property of every person 
and society. This position is also important because, according to the Socio-ecological 
education and upbringing of the personality of A.N. Leontiev, the personality is created 
by objective circumstances and through its activities that implement the attitude to the 
world. Hence, if a person is born in an environment of caring for the natural 
environment, then his life prospects will also be aimed at further optimizing social and 
environmental relations, preserving the natural conditions and resources for future 
generations. And, on the contrary, a predatory stereotype of interaction with nature 
today will lead to its most negative results, threatening the existence of man and 
humanity in the future.
Summing up, we note once again that today there are certain scientific 
prerequisites for studying the phenomenon of socio-environmental sustainability of an 
individual. At the same time, a whole series of tasks of studying the property in
