Unit 9 Lesson 2: We are in Europe
Warm up 5 min
The teacher play a game with student which is called "BANANA" and ask some news about Europe.
STEP 1: Greet with pupils then give brief information about "BANANA" game. Pupils stand and ready for playing.
STEP 2: After the whole class is ready for lesson, teacher shouls begin the game. Tell the first part of it with actions. Then pupils repeat is as it is.
STEP 3: Pupils begin doing it after teacher ,without teacher's help.
Lesson 2: Activity 1. Listen and sing

Activity 2: Look,listen and answer questions.5 min
Objective: to gather informations relating to Europe.
STEP 1: The teacher reads the questions one by one and asks the answers of them from pupils.
Step 2: Adding information to pupils answers.
Activity 3,Read and check 5 min
Objective: Enable pupils to read fluently and translate the texts.
The teacher tells the pupils to read the texts one by one. While the time that pupils are reading the teacher listens to them and help to translate it correctly.
Activity 4 , Read and match.
STEP 1: In this activity ask the pupils to look at the text and picture. Translate the text and match them with pictures.
Activity "Jig saw"
Objective: To enable pupils translate fluently and enhance their speaking and memorising information skills.
STEP 1: The class should be divided into 3 or 4 groups and teacher give one story which is divided into pieces as the number of pupils in a one group and pupils should rea and tell the meaning of this information to other members of the group.
STEP 2: Then pupils should change their places and tell their group story to another students which come from other groups.
STEP 3: Then pupils return to their own group and tell every story of the group to their groupmates.
STEP 4: In the end teacher ask every story from every group.
Homework. 2 min
Explains the homework and finish the lesson.
JIG SAW
Objective: To improve student's speaking and listening skills.
STEP 1
Teacher prepare a story about theme which is related to lesson. For example, culture, environment or smth else.
STEP 2
The group is divided into 4 or 5 small groups according to the number of students.
STEP 3
The teacher divide the story into 4 5 or 6 parts in order to give all the students in every group.
STEP 4
Everyone in the groups should read the piece of writing and speak about it to his or her groupmates.
STEP 5
Then students change their places with anout groups. And thell their stodry which the hear in their group.
STEP 6
Students should listen to every story in every group.Then teacher asked about it and all the atudents should speak about other group's story.
Reflective writing
The main reason from this lesson is that to gain more knowledge and practise how to teach A2 level learners. The teacher organised the lesson effectively and each part is taught. In the greeting lart teacher used new way and it was so interesting and motivates students from the beginning of the lesson. During the warming up activity they eveluate their speaking skill and find energy for their lesson before starting it.
The theme was about European countries and their culture. Theacher gave many listening tasks for pupils and they also do some readings. I think they can evaluate all of their skills during the lesson.
When it comes to games or homeworks ,everything is organised as a theme. Handouts and games which took part in the lesson are about European countries and their culture.
