“The National Program of Personnel Training” of the Republic of Uzbekistan 
sets a number of important tasks for the higher education system. These include the 
individualization of independent learning, the development and mastering of distance 
learning technology, its tools, new pedagogical and information technologies, the 
acceleration of student learning using the modular system.Therefore, the use of 
additional programs in the educational process, various educational tools, and the use 
of new pedagogical technologies are becoming more popular today. Most 
importantly, students have access to modern information and communication 
technologies, the Internet. 
These technologies make it easy for every student to acquire knowledge, 
skills and abilities. However, given the vastness of the data, it is important to choose 
the right ones, check their accuracy, and use them effectively. 
Let's talk about modern information technologies and their use in education. 
It is known that the means of modern information technology include: computer, 
scanner, video eye, video camera, LCD projector, interactive whiteboard, fax modem, 
telephone, e-mail, multimedia, Internet and Internet networks, mobile communication 
systems, data warehouse management systems, artificial intelligence systems.It is 
known that in the process of distance learning, it is possible to conduct online training 
using a computer video camera or video eye, using special software, connected to the 
Internet. Today, the availability of interactive electronic whiteboards in higher 
education institutions helps to effectively organize the educational process, as its use 
as a projector, computer and whiteboard brings a number of conveniences, enhances 
visualization. 
At present, computers are used in the education system mainly in the 
following areas: as an object of study, as a technical means of teaching, in the 
management of education and scientific and pedagogical research.In the educational 
process computerscan be used effectively as: passive (simple counter); reactive 
communication (computer examiner); active communication (student guidance and 
exams); interactive communication (computer as artificial intelligence, i.e. 
communication with the student).The widespread introduction of modern information 
technologies in education will lead to the informatization of science, the 
intellectualization of educational activities, the deepening of integration processes,
