Art. 6 –

 

Nonpayment 

In the event of non-payment of the price within 

the times and methods provided for by art. 4, 

the contract is terminated by law due to the fact 

and fault of the Student. 

In this case, Diplomatici have the right, by way of 

penalty, to withhold any sum received and to 

legally obtain, even on a monitor basis, the 

payment of the balance and interest on arrears, 

without prejudice to compensation for further 

damage. 

Art.7 - Cancellation 

Until the start of the training course, Diplomatici 

has the right to cancel or modify it. In case of 

cancellation, Diplomatici will refund  any amount 

collected within the following fourteen days 

without any interest or penalty. 

 

Art.8 - Cancellation due to force majeure  

Diplomatici has the right to cancel the training 

course due to force majeure, meaning 

unpredictable, unavoidable and extraordinary 

circumstances. Should it happen, the Student 

has the right, within 15 days following a formal 

request, to be refunded of the participation fee, 

exclusively limited to the amount the Student 

paid, with no additional interests or penalty, net 

of any already benefited service. The student 

does not have any right to request any other 

form of refund due to damage nor any additional 

reimbursement of costs.
