Good afternoon everyone. Today I want to tell about a mart actually Wre mart, which is close to my apartment. But first I should mention that I don't understand business I don't go in for business and I cannot come up with this. Next if I talk about my observation I visit there almost every day. Because the prices are much more reasonable than other Marts. And you can come across a big sales sometimes. From my observation a lot of foreigners say it is the best place to make sells. When it comes to staff there is about 12 workers. A manager, accounter and shop assistants. 6 shop assistants serves inside while another 4 are outside of mart. The mart always open so that there is more shop assistants. If I talk precisely 2 of shop assistants responsible for fish and seafoods while 2 workers take responsibility for fruits. And 2 of staff workers deal with greens and vegetables. Others take their role in selling other things. They work hard under the control of a manager. He says them to be patient and cheerful with customers. And I come across something very interesting that they call it “Point”. First I couldn’t understand what it is. However, I catch on that it is an account keeped your changes. I wonder such a great idea, because I have not seen such kind of account in my country. But I have not open a point yet. Because I do not know Korean and I can understand only “Point eessoyo?”. Then I shake my head and say “ no”. Security system is excellent. I cannot count how many cameras there, but it is indeed true that I am watched by nearly 6 or 8 eyes.
But one annoying thing is thw vegetables quite expensive and reason for I buy them another mart. If I had a chance I would advise them to make a lot of sales. It makes us happy and we purchase a lot. I bought a lot of things when I had been observing there. I cannot list them cause of not enough paper.
