How to stay motivated during the education process? This question is very common, especially 
among students. However, there are several ways to stay motivated and being good at education. 
One of these very effective ways is setting an exact aim. If there is no aim, finding motivation is very 
difficult. The aim is a major aspect of our motivation and it can be everything: speaking in English 
fluently, being able to solve all types of math problems, or being excellent at drawing. It must be born 
in mind that the tragedy of life does not lie in not reaching your goal, the tragedy lies in having no 
goal to reach. (Benjamin, Success.com). How to set an aim in education? Just planning something is 
not enough. The aim should have shape, color, or exact time. For example, being able to speak at an 
advanced level before the beginning of the next semester. When people have an exact aim, they feel 
that it is an action that should be done because it has a deadline, it has a view.
Many people think that hardworking is a key to success. It is a common idea that working with-
out break can help to be good at everything. In education working without breaks is impossible. 
Hard studying without any intervals can be the reason for tired personality and losing all motivation. 
Sometimes when we take a break, we may find that solution, they present themselves. (Catherine 
Pulsifer, 2020). Students should have a break to keep their motivation, or they need to use different 
approaches. Although in most cases students lose their motivation because of simple reasons, some 
factors help to stay encouraged. For example,15 minutes sleeping, the good temperature in the room, 
natural light, a cup of tea, or a reward like chocolate. Each of these aspects plays an essential role to 
increase students’ mood since mood is a significant component of motivation.
Furthermore, students should not spend on activities that do not grab their attention. Every person 
should choose own direction by him/herself. Being on the right path is also one of the most important 
elements of finding one’s motivation. For example, someone who is good at English cannot solve 
math problems. Because their direction is English, and they are good at this. Everyone should do what 
they want to do, since choosing the correct way is the key to being successful (M.Mogilko, 2020). 
People cannot motivate themselves to do something in which they have no interest. Motivation comes 
when only when you have plenty of dreams and plans and when they make you happy. Most success-
ful people such as Henry Ford, Joseph Pulitzer, Sebastian Thrun, Steve Jobs can be great examples 
of this. These people changed their jobs and followed their desire which made them happy as well as 
successful. The majority think that they can stay motivated because they have a good job. No, people 
can get motivated when they love their job. In education, for example, if students love literature, they 
should choose this major, then they can be successful at this subject and set smart goals.
One more way to keep motivated is being hardworking. “If students sleep now, they can see their 
plans in their dreams, however, if they will study instead of sleeping, they can convert these plans into 
reality”. (Harvard student’s motivation, 2021). Hard work always pays off, helping you to accomplish 
your plans and achieve the result that you want. Every student, every human can take inspiration from

the outcome of his/her work. For example, when you work hard you can get positive feedback, your 
friends’ good opinion, or high scores. All these can create very strong motivational feelings. So, to 
achieve the maximum level of motivation we must reward ourselves for a good score, for positive 
feedback, or for doing an assignment on time. In this case, parents, and teachers play an important 
role to give motivation to students, because they are the major impetus for students to achieve success.
Not only people can help to find motivation in education, but every small object can also create 
a motivational mood during education. Firstly, program yourself to think positively and when people 
start to find only positive sides of life, they can find motivation from everywhere. Secondly, do not 
be so predictable. Because in education there are some difficulties, they were and they will be. Peo
-
ple should be ready for it. Thirdly, try to do everything on time. Most students lose their motivation 
because of having many tasks, and when there are a lot of things to do, laziness is emerging. Procras-
tination is the enemy. Doing everything on time generates motivation and helps to make a progress. 
The best motivation comes when progress can be seen. “Never forgot that even it is too late it has 
still the moral of start learning or studying. Never will be late. The goal of learning is growth, and our 
minds, unlike our bodies can grow as long as we live (Mortimer Adler).
Finally, if people cannot keep their motivation, they should think about their future, they can 
be someone who can change the world, or they can be on the list of the most successful people. To 
achieve this, we need to be aware of the power of education. Education is the key to success. When I 
entered this University, I was not happy at first. I thought about transforming my education to one of 
the local universities. However, now I am one of the active students of our faculty. I am even not a 
2nd-year student, but I am enjoying studying here. How do I get motivated? Think about a great and 
beautiful future. Do not pay attention to people who say it is impossible. I do the same. I am ready 
for difficulties. I understood that studying here is a great opportunity, and I had to choose between the 
difficult and easy ways. I have chosen my challenging way. I have learned how to be responsible, how 
to be a person who never gives up. I have found my motivation from my university.
Success in life is as easy as studying well. All you have to do is paying attention, working hard,
