Introduction:
I will start from plus sides, some people suppose that online education has a number of good
points, firstly, is accessibility of time and place. Everything is available online, accessing class
materials and submitting work is convenient. Furthermore when and where this takes place is up
to student, as long as assignment due dates are not Secondly, beneficial side is avoiding time-con

suming, family and education is not easy thing to do, for this reason employers recognize and
admire the time management skills. It is never enough to be at your desk on time in the morning,
stay through the end of the day. Thirdly, is to review lecture instantly, for instance university of
California psychologist Jonathan scholar found that students lose focus about 5 times in 45-min-
ute class session, however students can review words from professors instantly either by record-
ing the audio or video or by reading the accompanies the lecture. Fourthly, is less intimidating,
many students in environment of classrooms is not comfortable speaking in public. In online
environment it can be much easier to share thoughts with others, 74% of people suffering from
speech anxiety, according to the National institute of Mental Health, online education tends to
foster better class participation. Fifthly, one is affordability, although the cost of an online course
can be as much students can save money by avoiding many fees. For example commuting costs,
parking, hostels. Let us turn to other side of online learning, not only it includes advantages,
but also disadvantages. Firstly, inability to focus on screen. For many students online learning
is the struggle with focusing on the screen for a long period of time, there is also greater chance
for students to be distracted by social media, or other sites. Secondly, technology issues, while
internet penetration has grown in leaps and bounds over the past few years. Without a consistent
interest connection for students or teachers, there can be lack of continuity in learning. Thirdly,
sense of Isolation, students can learn a lot from being in the company of their peers. However, in
an online class there are minimal physical interactions between students and teachers. This often
results in a sense of isolation for the students, in this isolation it is imperative that the school
allow for other form of communication between the students, peers and teacher. This can include
online messages, emails and video conferencing that will allow for face to face interaction and
reduce the sense of isolation. Fourthly, teacher training, online education requires teachers to
have a basic understanding of using digital forms of learning. Sometimes they do not even have
the necessary resources and tools to conduct online classes, it is crucial to invest in training
teachers with the latest technology updates so that they can conduct their classes seamlessly.
Fifthly, to manage screen time, many parents are concerned about the health of hazards of having
their children spend so many hours staring at a screen, it is a huge concern and disadvantage of
online education. Sometimes students also develop evil postures and other physical issues due
to staying hunched in front of a screen. As with most teaching methods, online learning also has
its own set of positives and negatives. Decoding and understanding these positives and negatives
will help institutes in creating strategies for more efficiently delivering the lessons, ensuring an
uninterrupted learning journey for students. All points are covered above that drawbacks and
benefits of online education, in conclusion every so often some events require online system, for

Because of it online learning is serving for creating good atmosphere for population.
