Implementation of the research results. The results related to the identification of the fact that the reforms in the agrarian sector and the controversial factors associated with it are divided into three historical stages – the first stage covers the years 1985-1997, when various forms of ownership in agriculture emerged, the second stage - the conversion of arable lands of all company farms into farms, which were initially operating at a loss in 1998-2007, the third stage is related to the process of optimization of farms in Uzbekistan, which is fully implemented in practice, covering the years 2008-2016, were widely used in master classes «All for the future of young farmers», training seminars «Farmer to farmer», projects «One hectare for each age» and «One age for one farmer» organized by the Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Landowners of the Republic of Uzbekistan (reference letter of the Council of Farmers, Dehkan Farms and Landowners of Uzbekistan numbered 01-03-2109 from August 6, 2021). The application of scientific results in training seminars has served to strengthen the sense of ownership of farmers, peasants and landowners;
the scientific results connected with the fact that pressures such as the abolition of centuries-old private land holdings in agriculture during the Soviet era, the restriction of the rights of peasants who were self-sufficient in terms of class, and the increasing pressure on able-bodied peasants led to a decline in the living standards of the rural population were used in the two-volume collective monograph «History of Uzbekistan» (1917-1991) (reference letter numbered 3 / 1255-14-39 of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated from May 28, 2021). The introduction of scientific results has provided ample opportunity to study the history, purpose and essence of agrarian reform and its importance.
the scientific conclusions related with the prove that implementation of transformation processes in the agricultural sector, such as the creation of healthy and diversified production structures, specialization, adaptation to market conditions led to the emergence of various social strata and property owners, such as contractors, tenants, shareholders, farmers, peasants, gardeners, entrepreneurs, instead of classes such as rural collective and state farm workers were used in the development of scripts for programs dedicated to the history of the Soviet era in Uzbekistan, broadcast from November 25 to December 6, 2019 on the TV channel «History of Uzbekistan» of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan (reference letter of the National Television and Radio Company of Uzbekistan «O‘zbekiston teleradiokanali» dated January 22, 2020, №02-40-162). The application of scientific results served to broaden the viewers' views on the situation in the agricultural sector during the reconstruction, the emergence of new forms of ownership in agriculture, the formation of farms, the development of private farms.
