История "Макдональдса" и "Кока-колы"
В 1937 году братья МакДональдс, Дик и Марк, откры-
ли маленький ресторан в Калифорнии. Они подавали хот-
доги и молочные коктейли. В 1945 году у них работало
20 официантов. Все подростки города ели там гамбурге-
ры. Когда наступил 1948 год, у них появились бумажные
коробочки и пакеты для гамбургеров.
Они снизили цену с 20 до 15 центов. Больше не было официантов — это было самообслуживание. Поэтому все обходилось дешевле и быстрее.
В 1960-х годах компания "МакДональдс" открыла сотни ресторанов "МакДональдс" во всех штатах. В 1971 году они открыли рестораны в Японии, Германии и Австралии.

Джон Пембертон изобрел новый напиток. Два его ингреди-

кола. Пембертон не мог придумать подходящее название
для напитка. В итоге партнер доктора Пембертона Френк
Робинсон предложил название "Кока-кола". Тридцать лет
спустя появился знаменитый дизайн бутылки кока-колы.
Много лет изготовлялась только кока-кола. Новые на
питки — фанта, спрайт — были представлены в 1960-х
годах. Рецепт кока-колы держат в секрете. Сегодня кока-
кола продается в 195 странах. Сотни миллионов людей от
