Assignment 3 Audio recipe (4%)

Dear freshmen, you have successfully completed the topic FOOD in vocabulary classes. Here is your pre-last assignment in this semester.

You should record (audio) the process of your favourite dish cooking. (2 – 5min)

Here is step by step instruction:

1. 
   Find a full recipe of your favourite dish or the dish you want to learn cooking.
   
2. 
   Fulfill the recipe with the whole process of cooking, beginning from washing all product till serving the dish on the table.
   
3. 
   Prepare your speech plan, your recording must be more than 2 min up to 5min
   
4. 
   Practice at recording before submitting the task
   
5. 
   Record the final version and submit it into the platform due to 21^st of December with speech plan (recipe)
   

Here is the assessment rubric:

Point – Total 4	Specification
1%	Task response: full recipe process from the beginning to the end, using new learnt vocabulary from the unit FOOD
1%	Fluency: normal speech speed, appropriate short pauses, adequate intonation and stress.
1%	Accuracy: correct usage of grammar; proper endings, tenses etc.
1%	Pronunciation: correct pronunciation of different sounds, correct word and sentence stress etc.
