METHODOLOGY
In marketing theories, the main constituent of territories is the composition of the market entities
operating in them. The marketing approach is based on the principles of customer satisfaction. In
regional marketing, three main consumer groups can be distinguished: entrepreneur, business
entity and population.
Consumer loyalty programs, that is, loyalty programs play an important role in regional
marketing theories. Consumer loyalty programs are defined as a set of actions to encourage
them. Each strategy or development program formulated for the regions should focus on serving
the region's consumers' loyalty to the region (Figure 1).
