CONCLUSION 
In conclusion, it is not an exaggeration to say that the development of our country and its role in 
the  world  community,  especially  in  the  economic  field,  should  open  wide  access  to  the  digital 
economy  as  a  priority.  .  To  do  this,  we  must  first  teach  our  people  how  to  effectively  use 
information technology. In addition, it is useful for us to implement the experience of the leading 
foreign  countries.  Because  nowadays  most  of  the  world  economy  belongs  to  the  leading 
economies.
